Gryphon Security has consistently demonstrated poor management practices, particularly when it comes to staff sign-in procedures. Employees often find themselves caught in a chaotic and disorganized process, with many staff members being incorrectly logged in or omitted altogether. Tried to book sia top up course no-one got back to me, I then found out the person dealing with it left the company. I tried to rebook it but the phone was never answered, so I left a voice mail no one got back to me. I also sent email and didn't get a response, my advice is don't use this company.
