Once you get into this service (wait for us was over 18 months but that's an NHS issue, not Hackney Ark) the service here is fantastic.
I have attended with my child on 14 different occasions.
EVERY member of reception is welcoming, knowledge and friendly. They seem to actually enjoy their jobs and it shows..

The therapists? So far my child has been seen by psychotherapist, dietician, paediatrician and CAMHS team. EACH AND EVERY professional has been amazingly warm, deeply understanding, overwhelmingly thorough and efficient.

For all the trash talk you hear about NHS, this centre is the polar opposite. Absolute gem, I am beyond grateful my child is under their care!

Front desk wasn't so child friendly a little cold for somewhere working woth children and waiting room needed a clean but the specialists we seen for hearing test was amazing with my daughter really made her feel at easy and me to defiantly deserve more than 5 star
