The team at the gym were so amazing and supportive always encouraging. They always responded to an issue I had with my shoulder changing sets that did not cause any further problems.
Members were welcoming and friendly too which makes such a difference. The sessions made a real difference to my fitness and I was certainly more toned, this all helps your mental health and makes you feel better.

Just finished the 6-week challenge at Hall, and I’m really happy with the results, losing 5.6kg, dropping 7% body fat, while still gaining muscle and building strength! I was a bit hesitant about joining a gym, but the instructors and other members were so welcoming, and everyone’s in the same boat. I’d highly recommend Hall to anyone thinking about making a change, no matter your age or fitness level. Big thanks to Adrian, Jess, Matt, and Becky for all the support!

Initial - 6 week training program worked well for me almost losing a stone in weight! Excellent facilities and ChrisJ an excellent trainer. Due to change in work the dynamics didn’t work well for me and reluctant I had to leave - However should 2025 change I’d be willing to return and look for a 1-2-1 training session. I’d highly recommend if you are interested and can commit

Currently half way through the six week challenge and absolutely loving it! I’ve never been a gym goer and everyone from the staff to the fellow members have been so welcoming, I’ve never felt intimidated. A great atmosphere where you can have a laugh whilst pushing yourself. I’m seeing good results and will definitely be continuing post the six weeks!

I am half way through one of their famous “6 week challenges” - and delighted so far. I’m a typical mid-50’s female, trying to drop some weight/a dress size.

It’s not easy - but nothing worth having is. You have to change your diet (they advise you on how, with tips & tricks), increase your overall activity level (step count) and commit to 3 gym sessions per week.

Results are down to you - put the effort in, the results will come.

I love the app - they’ve gamified it, so I’m tracking what I’m up to each day. Makes it much more engaging & rewarding.

If you have a specific aim in mind, or really need the 1-2-1 support, this could well be an investment worth making to help you achieve your goal.

Hall training and the trainers and top class. Love coming here where everyone is so friendly. Working on my own personal journey along side others makes this place the place to train.
