After going to a Chiropractor for 10 years every 2 weeks a work colleague recommended Marcus. I was suffering from chronic neck ache and taking time off work. I was sceptical at first but after 18 months I was 90% better. I only then had to go for top up checks. Unfortunately this past year I have had 2 surgeries which resulted in some scaring which he has been working with. But the most improvement I have had is my sciatica pain. It is still a work in progress. I can't recommend Marcus highly enough. I still don't completely understand everything he does, all I know is it works.

My treatment with Marcus was deep, beautiful and restorative. I came to Marcus with widespread body issues and pain as a result of CPTSD still residing in areas of my body, compounded by recent major surgeries, however Marcus located the epicentre as a botched epidural that I had forgotten about. I was able to go into a deep meditative state during the treatment and process and release some deeply stored memories.
My session with him was part of a wider ‘piece’ of healing I was doing at the time and I will be returning when I drop into another layer of healing.

Marcus, is a great practitioner. I've had several appointments and it's a relaxed setup. Warming the treatment bed is a lovely touch. I'd already enjoyed some success from treatment but had been struggling with a sore Achilles. It's been niggly for months and obviously swollen. A focus on that - in a single session - with massage etc. and it felt better than it had for months. After I've been able to go for a long walk and a short run yesterday with no return of pain or swelling. Brilliant!

I’ve been seeing Marcus at Hambledon Rehab for a couple of years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. When I first walked through his door, I was struggling with severe back issues—disc bulges, tears, extrusions… you name it. At times, I couldn’t even walk. But after every session, I’d leave amazed at how he managed to get me functioning again.

Marcus doesn’t just treat the symptoms; he’s a true detective when it comes to identifying root causes. Through his expertise and what I can only describe as wizardry, he pinpointed the issue—core muscles that had essentially ‘switched off’ over time. We’re still working on rebuilding those, but the difference is night and day. My somewhat reckless approach to training does mean I occasionally need a ‘patch-up,’ but the severity of any setbacks is now just a fraction of what it used to be.

I genuinely thought chronic back problems were going to be my reality forever, but Marcus has shown me there’s light at the end of the tunnel. If you’re dealing with persistent pain or injury, I can’t think of anyone better to guide you on your recovery journey.

Marcus uses an holistic approach dealing with the source of a problem which is not always where the issue is. I have recommended several friends to him and he has always helped them too. He also gives me exercises to do at home to aid recovery. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I had no idea what to expect but I was desperate to start running again after 4 months of suffering from unexplainable plantar fasciitis. I was highly recommended to Marcus by a chance encounter with someone and felt it was fate as I was at my wits end. After one intro session, I knew there was hope to a full recovery, but it was greater than even I hoped. I can explain it as nothing less than a full and total miracle. After my second session, 2.5 hrs later, I knew there had been a change, couldn’t describe exactly what, but I knew it was significant. Gave myself the next day to rest as I felt I needed it, but the following, I went out for a short 20 minute run incredibly and almost unbelievably completely pain free! And the day after that, 1.5 hr run with no problems whatsoever!! It’s been a few weeks now and it’s as if those 4 months of pain almost never was, just a terrible nightmare that I’ve fortunately woken up from thanks to Marcus and his “miraculous” treatment. Couldn’t recommend him enough - all I can say is go to him with an open mind and with the intention to heal - I promise you will not regret!
