I was delighted with the website that Tracy designed and built for me. I have had very good feedback on its clarity and that is it easy to use. The main things I appreciate about working with Tracy and the team are :
* they are very approachable and listen carefully to what you want so that they can meet your needs
* I feel very comfortable going to them with any requests, issues and questions
* Nothing is too much trouble and they respond in good time with a clear action plan.
But the most important thing is that I pay them for monthly hosting and maintenance of my website so I don't have to worry about any of that and I trust them implicitly.
Some companies might charge a bit less but I feel safe and confident with HDS and I would recommend them to other small business owners. I feel like they are a part of my team. Tracy and Celia are always very professional and efficient but with a personal touch.
