Amazing club!

I have taught and trained for over 10 years and we have a great community spirt within our club and is a great place to learn new skills, enjoy exercise and meet new friends!

I have been part of this club for 3 years now and so have my children we have enjoyed all our training and the dedication shown by the people that run the club. Come join us and get fit, learn self defence and meet new people.

Very friendly place, little one loved it. He certainly finished sweating. Attended the kick boxing session. Junior wants to go back.
