Been kayaking and paddle boarding here with devon young carers. Had a lot of fun, I do enjoy coming here. Staff are very friendly as well, sadly they won't let us rugby tackle each other into the canal after we get out of our kayaks.

Went with a school group. Staff are always very good with the children. Equipment is always excellent and great facilities for changing/showering.

Update. Last event before Christmas, absolutely hammering down, so Christmas paddle was changed to caving and archery. Santa costumes provided for all, followed by a mince pie, hot chocolate Christmas song along in upstairs function room.

We turned up on spec to hire a double kayak on Friday 2nd august. It was clean, the buoyancy jacket was in good shape, the staff were friendly. We are in our 69th year, and we paddled to double-lock Pub in 30 minutes. It was fun. Thank you Haven Banks!

We came here with a group of Algerian students.
The staff we're very friendly & patient with the students and the activites (wall climbing, canoeing & raft building) were all orangised and very fun.

We had a great time and the students really enjoyed the experience.

We highly recommend this training provider!
