A great gym local in lemington that is ideal for what you pay. I currently live in Westerhope and this gym is only a 6 minute drive away.

There is free parking available which offers plenty of spaces. It is very rare I have been unable to get parked on my visits.

I currently pay £15 a month for access to the gym without classes, but there are other options available on their website. You can also PAYG for £3 which is rare for gyms in the area at such good value.

The gym itself offers a handful of different machines & equipment. Very rarely have I visited to find more than 6-8 people visiting at the same time, so it is easy to access the equipment you want when needed. I have been a member of bigger, busier gyms in the past & find this one a lot more pleasant and less intimidating when I have lacked confidence in my training or been out of touch. The place itself is kept exceptionally clean and there are always cleaners throughout the building at all hours of the day.

I love how the sanitising of equipment has been continued post covid, which is respected by most people using the place.

The staff on reception are always really friendly if you have any questions.

Opening times are great throughout the week but limited on a weekend, which is the only downside for me as I used to enjoy a Sunday evening training after work.

I can’t comment on the cafe or other facilities available as I only visit for the gym, but the cafe seems very popular throughout the day with a mix of all ages.

Different exercise classes are also held in some of the rooms I believe, along with a range of other things happening, based from what I’ve seen advertised on the notice boards.

Loved this gym but they don’t have any bumper plates to allow me to do my compound movements, or mirrors to see if form is correct. Was perfect for location and I’d happily pay more if they had a bit better equipment. Unfortunately had to go elsewhere

A focal point for locals... health, community, and other facilities. A lot of the services run by locals, for locals.

The cafe is excellent, a great place to stop if you're on a cycle ride or walk on the 72 national cycle route.

Gym facilities very good, and well setup for the clients in the area.

Can't say I love the place, it's where we held my sister's wake after her funeral in December. However, the place was nice, friendly staff and really good food put on for the buffet. Very reasonably priced too.

Went here a while back for a baby class. It's a lovely open spaced building with lots of things going on. The cafe looks lovely and all staff were nice and friendly.

A really good karate class for children and then followed by an adult class. 18.00 until 20.00 thursday evenings. Brilliant for fitness and for gaining self confidence in a friendly training environment

Superb freshly cooked food and drinks at a really good price. Great community atmosphere, run by the community for the community. A welcome break near the end of Hadrians wall walk.

Helpful, friendly staff. The local walk-in centre is located here. Only downside is the small number of parking spcaes.
