Excellent shop. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I always go for my Warhammer miniatures and paint. If they don't have it in stock then they are always willing to order it for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you!

I can't thank Phil from Heath's of Barrow enough for his outstanding service in helping me find the perfect office chair. When I visited his shop, Phil guided me through trying various options until I found a chair that suited my budget. Impressively, he delivered it to my office the very next day.

However, after a few days, I realised that the back of the chair didn’t provide the lumbar support I needed. Regretting my initial choice, I contacted Phil, who was incredibly understanding. He allowed me to try a different chair that another customer had purchased. Although it was twice as expensive, it provided the perfect support I was looking for. Phil arranged the exchange seamlessly – I ordered the new chair on Friday, and by Monday, Phil had delivered it and collected the original one.

Phil’s advice and exceptional customer service have truly made a difference, and I can't thank him enough.

Grandkids coming to stay,and they love the card game Uno, which I didn't have. Rang Heaths, they checked to make sure they had it in stock and they " put it away". Picked it up 30 minutes later. Kids delighted ! Well done Heaths !!!
