Cancelled a GWO WAH refresher course giving me 2 days notice. Simply offered to refund me as it isn't their problem and they showed no interest in trying to go out of their way to try and make it right.
Spoke to an admin on the phone who had zero interest in helping me get a date before my course expires and i have to sit the full WAH course. I asked to be refunded then and she said i can only request that via email, which I did.
Now they are holding my payment ransom it would appear as they have neither acknowledged receipt of that email or have put the money back in my account.
Incredibly disappointing as I have been using them for years.
