Completing a two day paediatric first aid course and the instructor Graham was fantastic. He made it so simple and clear to understand, makes you feel like anyone can confidently administer first aid care/advice. Really helpful as he gives multiple first hand experiences and shows different ways of how to help someone in different scenarios. Was really helpful to practice different first aid manoeuvres and made you feel completely at ease to give it a go and not be worried about getting anything wrong! Will definitely come back here to complete again in 3 years. Thank you to Help First Aid. ? Handy free parking on site, staff happy to answer any questions you have and very friendly, cafe opposite and tea and coffee provided. Well supported to complete the assessment part so it doesn’t feel like an exam. ?

Absolutely fantastic course and highly recommend.
Graham made the course fun and interesting for everyone, he really is a great instructor and love his teaching methods. His experience really did shine and would happily do another course with Graham as the instructor.
