Hempstead Tuition is fantastic. Both my children have attended Steph's classes and I have seen a superb improvement in their confidence and academic ability, which has received positive feedback from their school. The 11 plus tuition is exceptional, with small classes, tailored feedback, mock exams and an active, fun and nurturing environment, in which pupils are taught the motto 'I am brave, and I can do hard things'. This approach helped my son immensely when taking his 11 plus exam. Steph has gone above and beyond to support my children to believe in their ability to achieve and is always happy to provide support and advice. Would highly recommend.

Last year my son had his lessons for 11plus with Hampsted Tutoring and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From first telephone conversation with Steph i already knew that this was the best place for my son to attend tutoring. Steph is very good at communicating with all the parents and helping parents and kids if we had any issues. Classes themselves were very calm and productive for my son and made him want to go back next time, even in summer holidays. Steph is there for you for all steps along the way, she has other teachers helping with the kids and they are lovely too.

Hempstead Tution is brilliant!! There is great organisation, attentive teachers, the teaching quality is high and tailored to your child’s needs. Steph Hammond is amazing, she will go above and beyond to support your child, as well as the parents. Every child is individual here and it shows. Our daughter attends sessions on a weekly basis at Hempstead Tuition. We had initially approached Steph about sessions during the summer holidays to help our daughter catch up but she enjoyed it so much that decided to contunue sending her on a weekly basis. The improvement we have seen in reading, phonics, writing and confidence have been superb and we have received positive feed back from her school and the progress she is making.
