What a great weekend learning to play bridge. Aine and Stuart led us through the complexities of bridge with such enthusiasm and patience. An excellent weekend course on bridge for beginners. Both Stuart and Aine are superb teachers and I can't believe how much we learnt in 12 hours. They both passed on their enthusiasm for the game. Food and venue were great - very highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning Bridge on a weekend course with Henley Bridge Lessons. It was fast paced but extremely well taught and explained as we went along. I would recommend the course to anyone who may be thinking of learning Bridge & as an added extra, the food was delicious!

The step by step short knowledge sessions followed by many hands of bridge guided by our excellent hosts, Aine and Stuart delivered a step-change in my appreciation, knowledge and ability. It was a most enjoyable weekend and a great way to get started with Bridge.

I thoroughly enjoyed this weekend workshop. The two days were both well planned and executed. Our two hosts did a great job in making both the environment and their demeanour conducive to learning. The pace was very well judged and the content was demanding without being overwhelming. For anyone who would wish to experience an introduction into Bridge I would recommend this course.

Extremely dissatisfied !! Unfortunately I was taken very ill & confined to bed the day before my weekend fast track was booked. I tried to move our booking to another date but was told I had lost ALL of the £240 fees The seller refers me back to their website in regards to cancellations. Highly unfair, unprofessional & zero sympathy!!! Have had to refer to the small claims court.

A very enjoyable, albeit mentally challenging course. It was extremely well organised by our hosts Aine and Stuart and the pace about right as there is a lot to learn.
However I never felt overwhelmed and will take up the opportunity to play with a group of near beginners until I am more confident at Amity House. A weekend very well spent. Thank you.

A very enjoyable Beginners Bridge weekend. Stuart is an excellent teacher, clearly explaining the different rules and conventions and patient with those of us with more to learn. Highly recommended if you’re just starting out with Bridge.
