⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Sports Facility with Excellent Amenities

Hertfordshire Sports Village is an outstanding facility with top-quality amenities for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, and plenty of space for workouts. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, making it perfect for both casual and serious swimmers.

We went for a badminton match . Courts were well lit well maintained ,no issues.
The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The variety of classes and training options available cater to different interests, from group fitness sessions to personal training. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the facilities are kept in great condition.

Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay active, whether you’re a student, professional athlete, or just looking for a great gym. Highly recommend!

I started taking my daughter to swimming lessons here after have a year and a half at westminster lodge (where I was really unhappy with the classes and facilities). I am so impressed with HSV - everything from the changing rooms which are always spotless, the heated floors, the pool seems clean and best of all the swimming instructors! They are so kind and accommodating to my daughter who is autistic - she has progressed and thrived since coming here!! Very happy !

I was there for the football match after asking how to get to the pitches at the main entrance to the university and Hertfordshire sports village carpark . I park in main carpark had a little walk to thè pitches. I would take a fold up chair with you no place to seat . At this time there was no food or drink and not to sure about toilet open near pitches that was on (6/7/21) . The whole place look very modern clean and tidy..

Great facilities good parking. Free parking for 2 hours and free at weekends. £2 for the day at other times.

Excessively high speed ramps that rip through the bottom of disabled cars and cause expensive damage. Otherwise a pleasant enough place...

The facilities are adequate if not a little overpriced. The real problem is despite already paying for the membership (gym/swim) on the days I swim after my gym session and go over the car park 2 hour limit I get charged £2 each time which seems unreasonable and adds up! (Can come close to doubling the membership fee when used most week days). This is the only problem I have with the experience and just takes the shine off an otherwise friendly and pleasant gym.

Great facilities though the pool showers are not so clean, and in need of a swimsuit dryer.

Clean changing rooms and pool. Lots of natural light make it a lovely space. Cafe on site selling drinks and snacks.
