I literally in the process of checking out and wanted to make sure I posted about my stay, cause if not now I’d never do it.||The hotels had a renovation, albeit it not new but it’s a huge improvement.||It was actually a really pleasant stay, is it the best Hilton in London…no but what make the difference is the staff. It’s only right that I acknowledge great customer service. Zak, the reception Manger was exceptional, I had an issue with my book and a couple of minor things and he went above and beyond to remedy at pace. That balanced with his calm warm nature really made the difference. Thank you Zak! Jamie in the restaurant was so diligent, as he saw me each morning my order was placed and he was readily available to assist. Thank you Jamie for making each morning pleasant, even on those grey mornings. ||So, why have I said ‘shy of perfect’? Couple of things…the tiles in the shower (room 427) were coming away at the bottom of the shower…not sure how safe/hygienic that is. The hot water never got hot?!? Luke warm at best and the breakfast was disappointing compared to their Wembley or Edgware Road sites. It isn’t worth the money if you don’t eat pork, I maybe wrong but it also felt like there were less options. ||Couple of tweaks, maybe they’d rival the others…locations great!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were fine—clean, and very comfortable. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

A special mention goes to Sagar and Freddie, who took care of us during breakfasts. They were both incredibly kind and attentive. Their service made our mornings even more enjoyable and added a personal touch to our stay.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with great location and truly outstanding hospitality!

I have been staying at the Hilton London Angel Islington every year for the past three years while attending a business event, and it has consistently been a great experience.|The location is very convenient, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is professional and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.|At check-in, I was offered complimentary access to the Executive Lounge, which was a great surprise. The lounge offers coffee, drinks, and snacks throughout the day, as well as breakfast and dinner service with a variety of food options.|Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is another highlight: the staff is attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Manuel, who stood out for being both efficient and genuinely caring. He made sure I had everything I needed and was always checking in with a smile.|Overall, this hotel is a solid choice, and I look forward to coming back next year.

The Hilton Angel never disappoints!
I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s consistently a great experience. The rooms are clean, cozy, and modern. While they may not be overflowing with luxury amenities, they offer everything you need with enough space to move around comfortably.

The staff is a standout. They clearly take pride in the hotel, always welcoming and attentive. I especially appreciate the little touches like complimentary apples, water, and treats in the lobby. There’s also a convenient self scan store for snacks and drinks, which is a nice bonus.

The vibe of the hotel is modern but not stiff. It feels welcoming and relaxed. And the location? Second to none. Just a short walk from Angel Station with loads to explore nearby, from great restaurants to shops and more. Definitely a reliable and well-rounded stay in London.

Stayed here as a family of 5 as went to a wedding nearby & have been really impressed with the hotel. The rooms were big, clean, had high quality finishing & gorgeous supplies in the bathroom! I find Hilton always deliver.

The hotel is exceptional in its service, excellent value with good size rooms ant reasonable prices and good food. Said and Sagar were very helpful in the restaurant. We are lucky to have Zak always manning the front desk and always ensuring we have a great room and terrific stay.

Stayed here for an Arsenal game and sightseeing as it is within walkable distance to the Emirates Stadium. Loved the stay, especially service and location. All the staffs, especially Kyuhee and Saif, were really nice and provided a great service. The room was good for the price/location and clean/tidy as well.

Top marks in every respect. There are signs of ongoing refurbishment but our room was clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable with every amenity. Super bathroom! Excellent dining room. Friendly helpful staff. Everything in a wonderful site handy for all sorts of activities. We had a joyous stay.
