We stayed at the Hilton terminal 5 for one night before an early flight the next day. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we checked in. The man who checked us in at reception was so lovely to my 3 year old daughter and gave her this brilliant games pack for her to keep. It was such a nice touch and actually a really clever pack with some good games. The reception and lounge area are really nicely done and it has a nice feel when you enter the hotel.

Our room was nice with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn products and a nice little fold up bed for our daughter which was perfect. No free water in the room though which I did think was a bit disappointing.

We ate at the restaurant and had the Indian buffet, which was delicious especially the Lamb Rogan Josh. The staff were ALL so lovely especially our waitress Sowmya who knew the menu really well and handled my allergy queries brilliantly. As I say, all of the staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The Head Chef came out when we were getting our food and spoke to us, then made sure my daughter got extra ice cream - a lovely touch.

We booked an executive room and found it very suitable for our needs. So close to the airport but our room was very, very quiet. Good noise insulation. Access to the executive lounge with food and drink available 5pm to 7pm. A very good will stocked buffet breakfast was included. We also left our car in the secure grounds for a very good price included in the room price. We requested a late check out and were delighted to have this offered for free until 2 pm. Further hours cost £15/hrs. We were a little disappointed to check out at 3pm and be charged £30! I would appreciate our £15 refund. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Perfect for Terminal 5 if you are leaving your car at the hotel while you are away. Simply use the shuttle bus to the airport, it takes no more than 5 minutes and collect your car on return, it's was so easy. Hotel really comfortable, nice Asian restaurant and good bar. Will definitely return.

tayed at the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 on Wednesday 21st May. This is our third stay this year and always our hotel of choice when travelling from Heathrow. The hotel is one of the better Hilton’s and very well maintained. What sets it apart is the staff always friendly and helpful. On this stay I would mention the staff on the front desk It is so nice to be welcomed with a friendly smile, nothing too much trouble. Special thanks to Calliston and Rashmi who were helpful sorting a few issues for us. We would try other Hilton brand hotels because of our staying here and hope they would meet the same great experience.

One of the best massages I've ever had, thanks to the fantastic masseuse Simran! |Lovely spacious hydrotherapy pool and relaxing ambiance. Not too busy either so tend to get lots of privacy. All staff very welcoming, friendly, keen to ensure the visit is comfortable. |Quality (of taste) of food could be better - this is based on one particular dinner.

The Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 property was perfect for an overnight stay before our departure from London Heathrow the following morning. Zain at reception got us checked in very quickly after a long day of air travel. Terrance led excellent service in the Executive Lounge. We travel a lot and stay at Hilton properties globally. This was one of the best lounges we've experienced. A varied hot and cold canapes selection. Plenty of beer, hard liquor and wine, including sparkling. It was large with plenty of room to relax. I took advantage of the sauna, steam room and recharging pool---all excellent and rejuvenating. My wife and I give this Hilton property five stars.

Was there recently for a work conference. The staff were friendly, facilities good, gym adequate and Spa/Sauna area great. Bed bedding and pillows very comfy. About 15 minute taxi from airport which you need to plan for, but other than that it was great. . Would absolutely stay again.
