Very nice hotel, special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for promptly helping me with an issue I had with my room.

The location is perfect and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

The hotel rooms are small but that is expected for London, they are very clean and up to date in their design.

The second lift was out of order during my stay. Not a huge issue but sometimes the wait times for the lift could get a little long.

Overall though these were minor issues so I gave 4 stars. Definitely worth staying here.

This hotel is a hidden gem right on Hyde park! The location is fantastic, right on top of a tube stop and there are plenty of food/grocery options within walking distance. The service is fantastic, we had a family emergency and had to leave the UK early and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help accommodate us. The restaurant and breakfast buffet have fantastic food. This trip we booked a king room with a view of Hyde park - def worth it. Thanks for a great stay in London!

What a fabulous hotel Hyde Park Hilton is. We arrived to be told I was being upgraded to a Queen room after booking a single and also to have a room with the most fab view of Kensington Gardens. The room was so comfortable and had everything I could have possibly needed. The staff were all so friendly, even if dealing with other guests, they always had time to say hello and wish us a good day/night. Melissa who booked us in and also checked us out remembered us each day and was so helpful and kind. We sat in the bar/lounge one evening which was lovely too. I certainly hope to be able to return to Hyde Park Hilton in the future. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be, a favourite part of London to stay in.

Mary Poppins apprentices showed their stuff. The staff are in competition for best fearture of this Hilton. Friendly, helpful, prompt, eager to ensure everything that can be done is done. The main lift is still getting some works done. The backup worked just fine. The other BEST thing(s) is/are this location & gorgeous historic building. Pop down Queensway for the shops & some great food. Or simply cross the street for an exceptional garden stroll through Kensington Gardens.

I was in London for a couple days for business meetings and workshops. It was pleasant experience because of the kind receptionist, Idris who recommended me places for dining and shopping. Additionally, provided me with cutlery and plates when I brought takeaway and wanted eat in my room. Moreover during the stay I misplaced my phone which he found and kept safe until my return so I’ll have to say huge recommend and hopefully you encounter the brilliant Idris.

Desperately trying to understand how this hotel manages a four star rating. A few of my experiences so far:

1. Queen Rooms are TINY - the only physically possible option for opening a full sized check bag is the bed, it’s impossible to do on the floor even if you wanted to block the bathroom and front doors by doing so. The bathroom is tiny, no shower door on the tiny shower so water goes everywhere. The bathroom door in our room was warped and chipped from what looked like constant wetness.

2. Service quality is far below four stars - my room came without a bag for laundry service, when I called and requested one I was told I’d have to retrieve the bag myself from the front desk. Despite instructions for pickup on the laundry form, I was told I’d have to bring the laundry back to the front desk myself. When I brought my laundry down at 830a, I was told the service is actually 2 days, not 9a-7p as stated on the form, and that I’d have to pay for express service for same day turnaround. What about this is four star service? At best, it’s improper signage and false advertising. Additionally we moved rooms during our stay and our second room had no bath towels.

Location is great. Standard rooms and service are far below any other four star hotel we’ve stayed at.

Great location with plenty of restaurants a short walk away and a tube station under the hotel. All the staff i encountered were wonderful. Very grateful for the early check in that was available on our arrival. Very good breakfast also.

Great location across from the park and short walk to Paddington Train station. Ibrahim was amazing on checking us in and holding our luggage until our room was ready so we could start exploring the city. Upon returning to the hotel, Mohammad was great on retrieving our bags and providing directions to our room. Upon check out, Charlize made sure we had a great experience during our stay. She also held our luggage so we could continue a morning excursion before leaving the area.
