Just arrived home after 3 days in this wonderful hotel. We had a king exec room which was great, the beds and pillows were perfect for me and I had the best night's sleep. The soaps and shower gel provided were lovely. Now onto the exec lounge, never been in one before and wow. Gabriel was so attentive and helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic and was lovely to come back to after a busy day. We wouldn't change a thing and highly recommend going for the king exec rooms. |Hopefully back before Christmas for shopping

Great location, very nice hotel, and fantastic amenities. Bars and restaurants within the hotel, a few local pubs 3 minutes walk from the hotel, a tube station and multiple bus lines all within less than 5 minutes walk. Very clean and pleasant smelling as well. Staff was nice. Would return for sure. Also very good location for getting to and from landmarks.

Stici is a truly amazing person. During our stay at the Hilton London Metropole, he stood out for being incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. One particular moment that showed his character was when he helped us find a taxi — he didn’t just point us in the right direction, he took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed and that we were okay. That level of care is rare and really appreciated when you’re in a busy city like London.|Beyond that, the hotel was clean, modern, and well-located. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but it’s people like Stici who make a real difference. I'm writing to share some positive feedback regarding my stay this past Monday. As always, your hotel was lovely and maintained the high standard of quality I associate with Hilton properties.

In particular, I wanted to commend a member of your reception staff. Although I didn't get his name, I recall he had long painted pink nails and wore very sparkly jewelry; I'm sure it won't take long to identify him.

During my check-in, I noticed he was training a new colleague, and I was especially impressed with his handling of the situation. Even though the trainee was naturally taking more time to learn, he ensured my check-in was seamless. He remained attentive, making me feel valued and never like I was kept waiting. He skillfully eased the pressure on the new starter, which created a positive atmosphere.

He is a true asset to your hotel. I arrived feeling quite stressed, but his excellent service left me smiling and genuinely looking forward to my stay. Please extend my sincere gratitude to him for his outstanding professionalism and customer care.

For our Saturday night stay we had a great room with iconic views across London. Comfy bed and a well equipped bathroom. Check in was friendly and quick.|A range of options for dining and a nice contemporary bar, which was very popular. The breakfast was also very good with a wide range of fresh food.|Overall we really enjoyed our stay, ticked all the main boxes and the staff were all very helpful. Also only a 10 minute walk from Paddington station which was convenient to catch the connection to Heathrow Airport.

My experience at the Hilton Metropole Hotel was great! The showers in the room had great pressure, actually got hot instantly, and the rooms although a little small for more than 1-2 people it was a great stay! The location of this hotel is in a smaller city, still close to everything and has clean public transit right next door. The only downside to the location was it felt a little unsafe but I had no issues. I also went to the hotel coffee bar in the morning for a sweet treat, and coffee. Probably the best coffee i've had in a while. Definitely better than starbucks. Karim, Abba, and Sagel took care of me recommended drinks and packaged everything up for me for my transport back to the airport. They were absolutely the sweetest customer service in London. Can't wait to return for work.

We had a fantastic stay here for a few days. We were overwhelmed with how friendly the staff was. We unexpectedly had an upgrade on our room as we were early for check in. That was amazing. The value for money here is unreal, considering it’s in London and on a weekend where most schools are off for Easter.

The cleanliness and amenities the hotel had was perfect. The location was top notch, close to tube station and shops. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. And room service and food for that late night snack after exploring London was just what we needed.

We will definitely return, best experience we’ve had in a big city hotel.
