I booked a Premium room at this hotel and arrived slightly before check in time but the member of the reception team checked me and was polite and professional and very friendly too. The large Samsung smart TV picture and sound was good but even though Hilton on the website you can chrome cast from you’re phone and use the apps on the TV you can’t as the tv is not connected to the internet and spoke to the duty manager to see if it could be connected to the internet and was told that was not possible. I think Hilton should possibly remove the description of amenities that the hotel provide to give a more accurate picture as on a personal front I wanted to watch the football on Sky Sports but couldn’t as it was not possible to connect to the tv. I think it would be better if the hotel fixed this as it would increase the sales. Room was cleaned and well serviced and the bed very comfortable. The shower water pressure was acceptable but not perfect. The air conditioning was excellent. Plenty of USB and charger points but maybe should add USB-C as this is the recommended standard now.|Excellent breakfast and service.|I think this hotel is excellent value for money but if they fix a few of the issues then I think they could command a higher room rate.|All the staff I found were very friendly and tried to be helpful.|Just fix your smart tv so the guests can use the apps and other smart tv functions.

What a wonderful hotel! I was so nervous when I booked with this hotel because their ratings were average to below average. However, my family I really enjoyed our time here. Staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. I was there for a week and never got sick of the food. The location was perfect because so many different forms of public transportation was nearby. When I tell people about London, the hotel is the first thing I rave about!

The service was excellent - everyone was really nice and caring. The food was delicious and a very good variety was available. The location is quite good, but it is not near a tube station which means you’ll have to walk a bit or change trains quite a lot. Also, the flushing of the toilet could be better. Additionally, our room wasn’t really accessible (which wasn’t too big a problem because we didn’t need it - but with a suitcase the stairs were quite annoying).

I checked in and the guy on reception was incredibly lovely and went out of his way to ensure I could check in early AND even show me the way to the room. |I didn’t write his name but it began with an S and he had previously worked at another Hilton in London.|He is a credit to the hotel, 10/10 for customer service. |The room had plenty of space, a large and comfortable bed with a wide screen tv and mini fridge. |Bonus that you could actually open the window too! |However there was sufficient air con too. |The pictures do show outdated rooms but in person there are not as bad as the pictures show, and I believe they are going through a refurbishment soon too! |Breakfast was great, a wide selection of food. The staff during breakfast were also lovely, and offered to get hot drinks for you whilst you were sat down which was a nice touch. |The staff make this hotel a 5/5 for me! |Thank you

I stayed at the Hilton London Olympia to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. Upon arrival we were able to check in earlier and were thrilled to hear that our room had been upgraded and the room had been decorated specially for my daughter’s birthday with balloons and banners. There was the added extra of some cake and a card for my daughter as well which she was over the moon with. |This was such a special touch which was so greatly appreciated by the both of us and really made the arrival feel special. Thank you to Sam (I think) who arranged this for us and checked us in. ||The room was lovely and clean and had all the facilities you could hope for. The beds and bed linen was comfortable after long days exploring the city. The bathroom was equally as lovely and clean. |The room was slightly too warm for our comfort but the air con worked reasonably. |||The breakfast buffet was incredible. A great variety of food choices, both hot and cold. There was vegetarian sausages on offer which were delicious, as well as vegan yoghurts and milk alternatives. Coffee and juice options were aplenty also, however I would have liked a decaf coffee option which didnt seem to be on offer. The herbal teas were a lovely alternative nevertheless. Staff very polite and accommodating, good service and it was handy that they put a card on your table to let other diners know your table is reserved whilst your access the buffet which is helpful. ||Reasonable location, and great value for money. There are tube stations close by and within the local area but expect to hop on and off of the tube travel into the city. ||Overall a fabulous stay and I hope to return in the future.

I loved this hotel. Staff were super polite and even brought us a dessert and split of champagne because we were celebrating. Breakfast was THE best I had in England, and one of the best I've ever had overall- huge variety and everything was delicious. Location was good and had decent public transportation around. I would definitely come back here again.

We spent almost a week here with our 7 year old and it was just okay. ||As we were traveling with our child, we booked a queen room with a roll-away bed. We called a week before to confirm that the bed would be set up upon arrival as we were flying from California and would likely want to check-in and go right to bed. At check-in, they confirmed that the bed was in the room however when we got to the room we had been supplied with a pack-and-play for a baby. We called down and they eventually brought up a roll-away bed that looked older than me (late 40s)||The room itself was tiny with limited, to no, storage. The room was also extremely hot, to the post that two in our group felt nauseated and had to go down to the street to cool down. After a few days of dealing with the heat, they sent up an engineer who by some miracle turned the AC on for us. The room felt tired and in need of a refresh.||During our stay, only two elevators were working, one being out of order. We were there during the London Book Fair so the hotel was at capacity, not an ideal time to be down an elevator. It became a standing joke when getting on and off the elevator for our fellow passengers to wish us good luck.. The day after the book fair ended, the third, and apparently fastest, elevator was repaired. Good news for people staying after us.||I will say the staff were lovely, from check-in desk to the members working the breakfast room. We all also thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast, the selection was varied, the food delicious, and the coffee machines were a great option. I might even say that this was the best included breakfast we've had in recent memory.||All in all, it was an okay stay. Not much in the near neighborhood but there was a grocery just a short distance away, which is always a plus when traveling with kids.

Stayed here for the Ideal home show, location is less than 5min walk from Kensington olympia station and 8min walk to Holland park and design museum.
The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Fresh towels daily.
The restaurant served a varied menu. The bar had good selections of beers and alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.
Breakfast was buffet style from full English to continental.
Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, i had a great stay.
