Pro's|Great location. Very handy for all the attractions around the pool of London Staff very professional. Stay was on the seventh floor. Breakfast was fine.|Cons|The room was as it should be with no problems. Bed was massive. The only issue was poor room lighting with dark decor. Stay was May 2025

Hilton London Tower Bridge is a great hotel when wanting to stay near the Tower Bridge, Shard, or London Bridge train and Underground stations. The location can’t be beat. But what I love about staying here is how comfortable I feel whenever I am here. I always feel looked after, which is very important when you’re away from home. I received particularly wonderful service from Shaz. He always greeted me with a big smile and offered to help me with anything I might have needed. He is an asset to the Hilton brand, and I hope he gets recognized for his exemplary service to customers.

Great experience. Close to great attractions you can walk to at least 4 attractions within a day. Customer service was great! They care for your happiness and want to make sure you're enjoying your stay. Shaz at concierge went above and beyond for us as well.||Thank you!

As Diamond members, we stay at many Hilton properties, and this hotel is one we return to often. The staff are consistently friendly, and the location is excellent. A special mention to Hati, Ella and Victoria in the Executive Lounge— they are absolutely lovely they made our experience there even better with their warm and welcoming manner.

However, I was disappointed with the condition of our King Deluxe Plus room during this stay. We encountered several maintenance issues: the bathroom door was broken, the sink tap had uneven water pressure (scalding hot water flowed forcefully, while the cold had very little pressure), and the shower gel bottles were empty upon arrival. We had to find a housekeeper to refill them, but to her credit, she responded quickly and took care of it immediately.

The food in the Executive Lounge was very nice, but I was let down to see that the water dispenser offering ice-cold still and sparkling water has been removed. It's now replaced with pre-filled bottles, and unfortunately, the sparkling water was flat and the still water was not chilled. That was quite disappointing, as the dispenser was a great touch we always appreciated. Overall a nice pleasant stay, staff very friendly but rooms need checking by maintenance.

It was really great. We arrived very early, for sure the room was not available, but still the front desk was so nice, since I am a Diamond member I was allowed to sit in the executive lounge. We could store the luggage safely. Everyone was nice. The breakfast service was also very nice. I'll be back.

Only had a 1 night stay and I have no complains. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms very clean.|The check-in was pretty slow, need more staff at the reception but other than that a good experience. ||The choice at breakfast was good as well.

Location is excellent, close to London Bridge station, great view of Tower Bridge and skyscraper skyline, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Service. Reception was very welcoming and friendly, bar staff also friendly and quick service. Special mentions to the team in the executive lounge, incredibly friendly, made some superb cocktails too. The lounge exterior balcony has some brilliant views, The Shard dominates the skyline and the lounge sets just the right vibe.

Bedroom. Modern and very clean, comfortable king-size bed, fridge, coffee pod and kettle (King Deluxe room), quiet (room 1109) with stunning view of cityscape (St Paul's, Gherkin, Walkie Talkie, etc), decent WiFi.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, again, special mention to the team, they all deliver on the idea of hospitality, a lovely coffee was made for me and food was hot and tasty, fresh orange juice too.

Excellent hotel. Great position next to London Bridge Station, only a short walk to Tower Bridge and the trendy Shad Thames, along witb Borough mkt. I love the whole area.

I have to say the hotel staff were fantastic. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and had such good service. In particular the staff at breakfast were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay.
