We booked the Hilton Grand Suite, and we definitely felt grand! The room service was outstanding since the cleaners cleaned our room every day, replacing the towels and fixing the duvets. You get to experience a breathtaking view of the golf course. When booking, we were concerned about others pointing to aging furnitures but we felt it was all good. Overall this was a 5-star experience. Well done, Hilton.

As a golf society we go to many courses with hotels and I have to say what a fantastic welcoming place this is.|Food was amazing, service outstanding. Bar prices reasonable. Rooms immaculate and beds and pillows very comfortable.|A big shout out to Molly behind the bar who gave a couple of large bottles of water to our group before we went out as it was a very hot day, and we had a few older guys playing.|Golf course was in great condition and buggy hire very reasonable too!|Thank you so much!!!

Had a great stay here! The area is really peaceful and relaxing. The spa area was really nice, great pool and saunas. We didn’t have time for a round of golf but did make it to the range which was great fun. The staff was really friendly and helpful, too. Would definitely come here again.

We stayed in the Manor House part, The room was beautiful with amazing views, birthday balloons and gift was a fantastic touch. The grounds were spectacular but most of all the staff were amazing, they honestly couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast had everything you could ask for. Only one complaint £30 for one dog staying one night we felt was a bit much, as nothing was supplied extra for the dog, eg biscuits bowls or bed. Overall very impressed, would definitely stay again. A memorable and special stay. A weekend stay for my birthday and the hotel made it very special with lots of extra nice touches. The hotel was busy but with a nice buzz and not loud. Zara on reception was always a friendly face and couldn't be more welcoming and Chin was similarly as friendly and helpful on our check out. We had a small issue with the lights which Zara and a trainee receptionist who's name I did not catch were very personable and helpful. Great staff and great stay

We stayed at Hilton Puckrup Hotel with friends for a late birthday getaway on 22-23 March, 2025. I was really touched by the lovely birthday surprise waiting for us at our room, the balloons, personalised card, drinks and treats were much appreciated! Thank You very much to the lovely hotel staff, it made our stay a memorable one! Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with the view of the golf course too. We need to come back to try the spa and facilities next time!

Relaxing stay at the weekend with friends. Beautiful setting within a short drive of the motorway. Food - no complaints. Varied menu and not too expensive in a hotel. Rooms comfy and clean. One star knocked off for older bathroom (albeit clean and fully functional) and no biscuits!!

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, but we felt the room was quite dated and the food in the restaurant was not good and very expensive. We would have been happy with the room, if we had paid half the price, but at almost £200 we expected something better. The location was nice and as I said the staff were great.
