We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton.
The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The room was well stocked with snacks and everything we needed for our short break.
The beds were very comfortable.
The food in the evening was tasty and quick. Breakfast was busy, but there were still plenty of food choices left.
The hotel was in a good position for the beach and only a short walk to the pier where my daughter enjoyed the amusements and rides.
The only negative with the hotel was that some of the lifts were out of order, but we managed and would definitely return.

Exceeded my expectations. The property was having some building work done so probably not showing its best self.
Praise goes to the staff! Every member of staff that I met were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The food quality was better than I expected. Everything was really tasty.

Rooms were spacious and clean and well equipped with all the necessities!

Staff and service was just so pleasant and really made our stay so enjoyable. The team and breakfast and also dinner was so professional and friendly. Special mention to Laura who definitely was the highlight of our stay! Her warmth and friendliness is peak hospitality, she had great food recommendations, always checked in on us and our wellbeing, really great. Thank you all from Holiday Inn Brighton!

Location is excellent, we got to walk along the beachside each morning and evening and it was a wonderful view and good air!

Breakfast - definitely recommend getting breakfast, the spread is basically a buffet to get the full English breakfast! and more 🙂

There was bacon, sausages, beans, eggs all ways, bread, bagels, all sorts of spreads.

Overall a really pleasant stay for my husband and I. I do really regret not getting the sea view rooms (my own fault), it would have been amazing to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the hotel! Definitely recommend 🙂

Stayed here for 1 night in a double room check in was smooth and the staff were polite and professional and answered all our questions without any issues! The lifts are going through an overhaul or refit so there was only 1 lift that shakes and rattled like something else if you don’t like lifts this was not for you but obviously there were still stairs ! The room was large and clean a little run down if I be honest but all I ask is for a comfortable bed nice shower and clean room and it ticked all the boxes even had a side view of the sea ! The curtains in the room were old and ripped and definitely needed changing but only an observation really ! There was tea and coffee making facilities also ! No safe but once again not an issue! Breakfast is as ample nice hot selection with veggie option! Fresh fruit was good along with yogurt! Bread was disappointing 1 slice of cheap bread in a bag ready for the toaster possibly fresh bread would have been nice but not a deal breaker! All in all for the price on the seafront a pleasant stay.

I took my daughter for a night away in Brighton for her 8th birthday, we stayed in this hotel in a premium room. The room was clean, well kept, beds comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of variety. The staff were lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. But the highlight was the effort they put in for my little one’s birthday, they left her some small treats, a card, banner and balloon which as you can imagine, is an 8 year olds dream! Thank you so much for your kind efforts and a lovely stay which completed a great visit to beautiful Brighton!

Despite some negative feedback regarding this hotel being in need of refurbishment. We had a lovely two night break.

The location of this hotel is fantastic being on the beach front. You can walk to the promenade in less than two minutes. The town centre is a 10+ minute walk.

Accommodation: Our room on the second floor overlooking the sea with a balcony was simply lovely 😍. Amenities in the room were more than expected. With a small well stocked fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, safe, iron and board, and a TV with good channel choice. The bed was so comfortable and we had a dreamy nights sleep. Pillows were a little hard for our liking but housekeeping quickly sorted this.

Parking: There is an underground parking garage at £25 per day. Also, four blue-badge spaces outside the front. Though access could be improved with a direct ramp rather than going around the side.

Refurbishment: the hotel is currently going through a modernisation programme. There is currently only one lift working. This cause us no inconvenience. I'm sure once the work is completed this hotel will be amongst the best in Brighton.

Breakfast: Amazing choice at the Buffet. Pretty much all you could want. See my photos. Staff were very attentive! A lovely way to start the day.

Dog-friendly: for an additional charge of £10 you can bring your furbaby with you.

Visited with my family of 5, they had a room with a view to accommodate all of us, a lot of hotels only offer 2 rooms but this was great had a balcony, the room was clean the bathroom had a bath and shower very clean and new. The hospitality was great they had chocolate bars for everyone on each bed they provided and a complimentary stocked fridge. It was very nice and the touches were really appreciated. We were right on the pier, the location is excellent and the price for the room. Was such a bargain.

Amazing view right outside the seafront from balcony. Room exceptional with bathrobes, slippers and free minibar.
Gosa, head of housing provided all the assistance I needed, whether to bring me something to the room or clean my room. She had a smile all the way through.
Service has also been amazing! Would definitely book again and recommend.
Ps: I would recommend you get get the breakfast included option otherwise £16.50 per person. Full English breakfast but a huge variety to choose from!
