A great martial arts school with a fantastic teacher! Our eldest has been going for two years now and has progressed well. Our youngest, who is disabled, has been going for 6 months and has been welcomed and his needs well met. The children enjoy the classes, as they are both fun and engaging. As well as teaching them a kickboxing curriculum, they learn additional skills such as listening and following instructions, treating each other with respect and of course fitness. Highly recommended!!

All four of my children attend martial arts training with kieran. I have children ranging from 15 to 7 years old. My children have a range of needs, including asthma, diabetes, autism, and ADHD. Kieran is a fantastic teacher and is able to adapt his teaching style to suit the individual to ensure that they are able to get the most from every class. I would not hesitate to recommend kieran to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable sensei who is able to engage both children and adults in a fun and comprehensive martial arts programme.

Great kickboxing classes, my teenager all of a sudden is happy to train instead of sitting at home on the devices. Kieran is running classes in a way that kids want to be there and train, very approachable and committed to the group. Highly recommend.

My sons love their martial arts lessons and have progressed at their own pace. Kieran is really patient and goes above and beyond to help the children. My son has ADHD and struggles to focus sometimes but Kieran manages to get him to participate and he has progressed at his own pace.
