I attended horses inside out 'pilates and polework for horses ' with gillian this weekend.
As a coach, former human personal trainer and now providing 'HARF ' (horse and rider fitness) training sessions, when saw this advertised, it immediately looked absolutely perfect for the type of classes that i do. I am passionate about horse/rider fitness, love learning and adding new techniques and exercises to help develop an all round session that benefits our partners and ourselves to perform whatever discipline we do with maximum benefits.
The course was extremely interesting, very well presented, full of why's and how's, new ideas ,and brilliant as could actually hands on practice on gillian s lovely team of hio ponies and horses. Gillian was very patient with the many questions and explained everything in an easy to follow manner. It was great to gain confidence that my own training sessions are on the right track, with some tweaks and up to date consideration s to compliment. I practiced the pilates exercises straight away on my event pony and got great 'feedback ' from him, then used them in a class the following day, which was really popular and everyone really enjoyed the new techniques. So overall, a brilliant and very worthwhile course, really interesting and forward thinking as we should def be utilising these type of exercises in treating our horses like athletes! Excellent value for money, lovely facilities, very professional, lovely fellow ladies on the course, and definitely the poshest toilet facility ever found in an equine setting!!
Thank you so much 'horses inside out ' and would definitely be back for further courses, especially if more of this pilates/polework/agility type of course. Loved it! And my clients and horses too! Highly recommend.

I have just returned from the dissection Horses Inside Out held. I can honestly say it was one of the best courses I have attended. It's an absolute must for any horse professional or owner. The 3 days were extremely well run, with so much information and hands on experience.

Horses Inside Out is one of the most phenomenal programs I have ever seen. The easy learning system is by far the best I have seen. Gillian hit it right on the noses with the amazing art work of the inside of horses. I just purchased the 2 Poster Books and they were completely amazing and very easy to learn from.

A fantastic way to learn, Gillian’s presentation is interesting, informative and fun. Her art work is outstanding and it is without doubt the best way to see the workings of the horse. What a brilliant tool to learn from both live and online. I also have the Pilates book which is great to grab from the tack room to make sure you are doing things correctly.
