I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was freshly renovated, which was a big plus—it looked modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job. Towels and bed linens were changed upon request, which was convenient.

The service was fine—nothing exceptional, but whenever I needed something, the staff provided it without any issues. The internet connection was a bit unreliable at times, but the TV worked perfectly.

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is still undergoing renovations. During the day, there was some construction noise, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The lobby still looks a bit like a construction site, but the staff was friendly and helpful, which made up for it.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the subway and bus stops, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of shops and pubs nearby, which is great if you want to explore the area.

Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable stay in a well-located hotel and don’t mind some ongoing renovations, this is a solid choice.

Tricky to find as there are no signs outside. Freshly redecorated, relatively clean. Very small room. Very good and new bed. No chair or anything to sit in the room but there was hardly any space. Some employees very polite and helpful. Relatively quiet. Excellent location with parking spaces outside (you have to pay)

When I first booked it for 2 nights, I didn’t expect much for the price, just a place to sleep. But I was actually pleasantly surprised. The room was small but had all the necessary things and the bathroom was super nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The tea and coffee being available in the comfort of your own room was also great. The underground is super close too and there are some fast food places less than 5 minute walk away. On my first day I didn’t even want to leave the room, I liked it that much. All the bad reviews seem to be from before everything got remodelled so that explains a lot.

My stay was incredible. Excellent service, everyone was very friendly, and the room I stayed in was spotless. Earls Court Underground is super close, and it has several platforms that allow you to travel all over London. I highly recommend the Olympia Hotel.

We booked a room at this hotel and upon arrival, it was under construction. We had no prior warnings this would be occurring during the period of our stay. They told us they had booked us another room at a different hotel nearby. This hotel did not have running water in our room due to some sort of maintenance issue. We just left for a different hotel entirely. Do not book to stay here, the communication skills are awful and they seem to have little regard for their paying customers. I am still yet to receive a refund at the time of this review. I normally do not complain and dislike giving such low reviews but I do not want someone else to have my experience. Do not be enticed by the cheap price, spend a little bit more if you can and get somewhere decent is my advice.

Genuinly Don't understand why everyone is so nice about the staff. The only positive reviews I saw where about the staff but not only where they rude and lightly aggressive they didn't bother giving me hotel WiFi password or anything. I have to add more words according to the website for some reason but I don't want to say anything else because I have nothing kind to say

Excellent value, great location, comfortable, nice sized room, newly refurbished - what more could you want?! It is all done to a high quality spec. I have stayed many times here and have seen the refurbishment take place over the last year or so - great to see the changes 🙂
