Ignite is one of the better agencies overall. My agent Ilsa especially made sure to find me work even at times where there wasn't alot of work in my trade (bricklayer) for that moment. This agency operates unethically — using subcontractors for cheap or even free labour. They collaborate with clients with the intention to avoid paying subcontractors. It took more than six weeks for myself and others to get paid for a job we did, and the payment was incomplete. Cannot warn enough against this company. Terry and his subordinates have no shame.
