Super friendly family club! Everyone is so welcoming. All instructors are taking time and go the extra mile to explain the katas even to the youngest ones! My son loves it and would go every day if he could 🙂 can highly recommend!

Been taking my son to IKK Folkestone for 4 years now, and he loves it.
Good discipline and self defence.
Very good for kids with all abilities, my son has ADHD and they accommodate his problem. Instructors are all lovely (although strict, as they should be!)
A very well run club and one that has turned out to be 'family'.

Would recommend this club to everyone.

I have been taking my children to Folkestone Karate Club for nearly 2 years now. The club is really well run with friendly instructors and I can highly recommend it.

I have been going to Folkestone IKK for over 9 years.I have taken part in loads of tournaments. I have been to Switzerland once and have been invited over again, our youngest fighter going to Switzerland is 10. I would recommend the club to anyone and everyone. It is well run and i am hoping to go for my black belt in December. The instructors are really nice and we all at IKK will give anyone and everyone a great big warm welcome to the club. We all love a laugh and all have a great sense of humor so feel free to come along and try!

At 46 years old I was out of shape and looking for a way to get fit, I saw the website and called the number, a few days later I was in there (feeling a bit silly), "surely this is a young man's sport" how wrong I was, 5 years later.
