Believe all the one star ratings. I enrolled for Sec+ and CEH almost a year ago.

Initially they were friendly. I was happy to get enrolled into both courses. The Sec+ Started first. When I attended for those 5 days Online, I was utterly disappointed. The tutor lacks badly in english, and was not informed on the questions I asked related to the topic. Somebody mentioned it rightly, if you are indian or pakistani, you can grasp it, otherwise you will not like it at all.

Looking at this when I tried to ask for a refund the guy simply stated that you bought this as a bundle and we can't refund the money, and literally shouted at me for asking a refund. Worst customer service once they get your money.

On top of that, they are not compliant with CompTIA policies of not using a braindump. Actually they supply you a braindump in the name of Mock Test and encourage you to pass the test using that, more than the dummy powerpoint that they use. I have proof for this claim, if anybody wants to actually know about it.

I am not sure how they are managing the high reviews, but trust me on this one. It is a trash show, you will be burning your money.

Finally, I am sure the owner will reachout explaining the situation in a biased way, portraying that he was in the right, and did the right thing. I can assure you it is not, I have wasted 1500 pounds (500 sec+ and 1000 for CEH), and I would hate for anybody to be in this position.

Listen to me and avoid this institute at any cost. Yes, the prices are lower than any other institute, but its not worth it if you cant get anything out of the service that you paid for.

Avoid this school at all costs! I signed up for their Cybersecurity package (A+, Network+, Security+, CEH) and took the first two courses (A+ and Network+), but now they’ve canceled Security+ TWICE due to 'low attendance.' This is ridiculous – they claim they have a full year to deliver the course, but this is costing me valuable time and job opportunities. I’ve had to turn to online platforms like Udemy for better content at a fraction of the price. Their solution to my complaint? Pay more for 1-on-1 training. Completely unethical. If you’re considering signing up, beware: they can cancel your course without consequence, and you’ll be stuck waiting. Do not waste your money here!

I completed 3 courses with Impact IT Training so far, and passed my CompTIA A+, which I'm very happy about! I am currently studying for my Azure administrator exam here too. The courses I did were intensive, so the pace was fast. The trainers were very supportive and helped me to pass my exams. Noman taught me CompTIA A+ and he was a very kind teacher. His lessons were very comprehensive and he made sure the students had all the materials to understand the courses fully. I would recommend Impact IT Training to anyone wishing to pursue an IT-related career.

I recently attended a training course at Impact IT Training and I have to say, it was one of the best training experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. But what impressed me was the quality of the training itself. The instructors were experts in their field, and they were able to convey complex information in a way that was easy to understand. Went for CCNA, Security+ and CEH, needless to say, Khurram has been an excellent teacher in the networking and security field. I passed all 3 courses with labs, revision and communication provided by them. CCNA was brilliant, it set the foundation I needed, coming for a telecommunications background, security+ was enjoyable and a straightforward certification, this prepares you for the final CEH exam which was an amazing learning experience. I did 4 certifications with Impact IT, (Comptia A+, Network+, Security+ and CEHv12) including 5 exams in total. My experience with them was incredible, taught by both Norman and Khurram, both very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Their expertise was incredibly useful in passing the exams as well as preparing me for the job market. They really help you move from the absolute basics in my case(CompTia A+) to fully fledged security expertise in security+ and CEHv12 in my case. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance, and would definitely recommend people to their training centre if they want to upskill their current IT skills or if they're just starting out from scratch. I have recently completed CCNA with impact training. Great course, instructor Khurram was very informative, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Khurram took the time to explain many of the subject matter of the course in a way that was understandable for my level. Khurram also was prompt, and tactful throughout the course. I would rate Khurram a 10 out of 10! Great Job and would really enjoy another session with him in the future when I will do CCNP. The materials were exactly what I needed and great lab experience. The instructor did a phenomenal job conveying the information and ensuring that those who weren't understanding it got caught up. Overall great experience. Instructor was awesome. Really knew how to tie concepts to regular situations. I felt confident with the class even though it is a new topic to me. He also took time demonstrating topics from this course. This great course has reignited my passion for IT and I'm excited to see where my career will take me next. I have completed CCNA successfully now I am starting IT support Engineering course with Impact Training and then plan to enrol in CCNP. Many thanks once again Khurram.
