Absolutely awesome gym. Fantastic equipment with constant investment. Great atmosphere to train in with an inclusive vibe. Guys who run it are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and have built a really supportive gym community in a short space of time.

Fantastic facilities and friendly, welcoming staff. We were so chuffed to be recommended Improve U Fitness as a local gym that accepted and accommodated day passes. Perfect solutions for students on Uni breaks at home, affordable and convenient ❤️🫶 plus for a freelancer who never knows when I will be working not having to commit or be tied to a contract works better for my lifestyle and work commitment, whilst contracts work for some people, not all folks are the same ….a refreshing, forward thinking, solutions and fantastic to have the freedom to pay as you go and workout when you can. 🙌🏻👏🏻 highly recommend.

I joined the 2nd day it opened and been a member since. what an amazing Gym

Improved U Fitness as some of the best equipment I see and used, take the hack squad for instance it's one of the best ones around. Kieran and Paul are very welcoming,friendly and always happy to help.

Banging tunes, great atmosphere
and the gym members are very considerate and friendly. Would highly recommend this gym

A banging gym with banging tunes and banging equipment.
Absolutely perfect and for someone who lives locally, it is right on the doorstep. Always getting new equipment and there is a great variety, really clean and well maintained, lovely changing rooms and all in all a brilliant atmosphere with a gym owner who really cares about the facilities and members.
