I really enjoyed the the First Response Emergency Urgent Care Level 5 Diploma course. Alan and Tim are wonderfully engaging Educators, they are very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory, practical demonstration with good injections of banter to keep things going along - thank you!

I was supported with placements, not only did the course update my clinical knowledge and enhance my confidence. It enabled me to become a Paramedic, this truly is a great course that can change your practice and life.

In all, In Safe Hands is a great faculty, made up with passionate educators who care about investing in the next generation of medics I was provided lots of opportunities both in and out the classroom to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative programme.

This has more than met my expectations it’s enabled me to achieve my goal of becoming a paramedic!

I first met the owner of the company in 2018, who at a emergency services roadshow advise me about my career . Then I went and did my ils with them and received nothing but support plus if you like authentic realistic simulation then don’t look anywhere else .i al going back in March amazing 🤘👍
