A wonderful organisation with friendly, courteous and professional staff who are committed to delivering a range of services to the benefit of disabled people in Barking and Dagenham. Still can’t do there jobs probably you send in a time sheet like they ask because there system rejected it I send it again then they contact me 3 days later to say they need it again because I have other jobs I can’t do straight away and now I will not be paid for another 5 days but apparently it’s my fault please don’t pick these to pay ur service users they will not get paid properly or on time!

My wages were due today. It's a Saturday so they're usually paid on a Friday. My wages have not been paid, my direct debits have come out and it has left me overdrawn and without any money for the weekend.

My patient lives in Harold Wood and I live in Hackney and I do not drive. I now don't have money to travel to work on Monday which is going to put my patient's life at risk as I have to administer her medication every morning.

I hope this situation is rectified by Monday morning so that I can care for my patient who has no use of her arms or legs!

If you got direct payment care budget from your council and if you need to select a payroll to handle your budget then don’t pick this one. They delay my carer's payments even after receiving the timesheets on time every single month.
