Disorganised unhelpful and inflexible, they just dropped an email once a week to tell us when to be available and it was anlways when we were unable to attend due to work commitments, which we had adviced at our inititial assessment. Management were Impossible to work with, but they are more then happy to take councils money and continue to do so knowing they would not provide an appropriate service and then blame the child for not engaging which was untrue. The child needed support and they totally ignored his needs. Very unhappy with what they are doing to vulnerable send children families who are struggling to get their child into school. Innovate should be held accountable for how they treat children and families. Why is the council paying for a service like this when they are aware that they do not deliver accessible mentoring or tutoring to some of its students.

Innovate have been amazing with my son he has been with them now nearly 2 years and my son is a completely different child to when he joined when he went in he was in a very bad situation after having to leave a mainstream school and he’s now leaving innovate a happy confident person ready to start college I can’t recommend this place enough they are amazing
