It's 5am in the morning and I can't sleep, haven't eaten for 4 days and am so stress I feel physically sick. Why do these people treat you like your nothing. Before they came into my life everything was good. Where's the Care. Theses people are suppose to Care. They put me in Debt and I was only try to help

Tried to register my disabilty of being severely deaf in both ears & provided audiogram like stated in the website 3 months ago ...in 3 months i had 1 reply via email asking me" what was it i wanted them to do ! " i emailed them several times prior to this email from them and all i got was automated replys saying they recieved my emails . Ive since put in a complaint several weeks ago and guess what ...no reply to that either . They are there to help you or supposed to and do absolutely nothing !! Im disgusted with there lack of care . Why take a job there to care for people when you show you dont !

Absolutely no care for the people in their service. on top of that got yelled at by a guy on the phone when I was trying to get through to someone else.

This department is a disgrace. How on earth are the elderly expected to deal with them. The home dental department are just as bad. Engaged constantly or a recorded message telling you to go on line. I received one answer and the person concerned did not have a decent command of the English language. They promised to email the Social Worker to stop a meeting and again no reply. The councillors and Director of Social Services need to know what is going on with Barking and Dagenham. I will also write to the MP...

Totally and utterly disrespect for people that need help and suggestions. No body knows who works for who. Take all your information. Never put anything in writing ie send letters. Disgrace to the social care system which they are actually makeing peoples life wors.

High turnover of staff, inadequate information shared with clients or other agencies, indifferent to the suffering of the elderly in their care unless it can somehow come back to hurt them. An utter disgrace.
