I can't praise this school enough, I did the plant based cooking weekend, it was fun, informative and enriching. My partner gave me the course as a present, we stayed the weekend, in the warm comfortable farmhouse. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, the food is so healthy and tasty, I've completely changed the way I cook and eat. I would never have chosen this course, but having done so, I am so glad I had the opportunity. It's been a life changer and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have just begun the holistic nutrition and cooking year. The school seems well run. The teaching is delivered in a timely and understandable way, and its fun! The food cooked by Lara is incredible and her teaching is clear. I had a shiatsu session with Dejan. So good! Im really looking forward to the rest of the modules.

This is an amazing place with knowledgeable teachers who are very talented at passing on their skills in an easy to understand way, they also take time to listen. The whole feel of the school is one of support but it is also fun, I would recommend anyone who has the slightest interest in their health to get along there as soon as they can.

Just completed the plant based weekend with Dejan, stayed in the farmhouse which is cosy and in such a beautiful location in Devon. The course was excellent, I had booked it to learn more about plant based cooking and macrobiotics and it delivered. The food was incredible, tasted new flavors, learnt about new ingredients to use and came away enthused to try the recipes at home. Thank you again Dejan, your knowledge, passion and love for macrobiotic cooking shone through and it was a lovely small group which added to my experience.

I studied here for a year and it was incredible.
