A friendly, welcoming team. Im happy to be a part of ISP I have had so much help and support from everyone not just for my foster child but for me too. Regular meetings with my social worker and the team of foster carers are I'm place so we can all have a chat and share our highs and lows to help and support one each other. Regular training days help keep our minds refreshed and it's another way to be with other carers to share experiences. There are therapists that can help as well. Saves waiting in the system for years! And this has been a massive help for not only me but my foster child too. The agency specialises in therapeutic parenting, I find this is a great way to engage with my child. The whole team is a blessing and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

A very friendly and inviting team which makes all new members feel welcome. Whether you are a newbie like myself or someone with long experience you are all equally valued. There are people from all different cultures and walks of life. Staff are very knowledgeable and very keen to help and ensure your life as a foster carer is made easy. There are always snacks available or food arranged for longer training sessions so you will never need to go out to eat during breaks.
You do really feel part of big team and fully supported.

Transferred across nearly two years ago now and it was a wise move. Have felt very supported by our SSW and have had the same one for nearly the whole time, which really helps as you are able to build a good relationship, they know you and your children and less change/disruption for the children.
