After a serious motorcycle accident and several injuries l was feeling down. I saw Ivolve advertised and thought why not. Best thing l've ever done. Dave tailors the excercises to my needs. I've lost weight , have more energy and much happier. My injuries have improved l am now back on the motorbike and life is good again. Don,t hesitate to join
Everyone is helpful and friendly. I shall be 70 in April. It,s never too late.

I've been attending Dave and Stef's gym for more than a year, and my experience has been amazing to date! My health and wellbeing improved so much in that span of time when I usually struggle with just going to the gym. The support, training and nutrition guide plus webinars have been a real help in making sure you follow through with your goals in improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I even managed to get my husband to join in. Met great people too during the session who are all serious about making positive changes in their health and life in general! Never been a fan of gyms but Ivolve is a very different experience. The workout programme combines strength and cardio based activities all geared to your individual goals which are challenging but achievable. This combined with regular scans, body workshops , nutritional advice and motivational sessions provide an all round approach if you want to improve health and well being. As with other reviews Dave and Stef are great, so supportive and encouraging with a fab sense of humour. The culture is very welcoming and everyone is really friendly so even if you feel nervous to start off you soon gain confidence. I think it's really good value for money and I highly recommend joining!

This a gem of a gym! Spotlessly clean and well equipped.
The classes are varied and interesting, Dave takes into account the individual tweaking exercises to suit your needs- how he remembers who has bad backs knees etc is incredible and testimony to his attention to detail! I look forward to my sessions - and the results! I have lost weight, body fat and feel better than I have in years! The regular body scans are motivating showing the progress across many measurements.
The nutritional support that is offered is fantastic - I now understand where I was going so wrong and have a clear plan moving forward. They offer 1:1 support, regular feedback and are always happy to answer any questions that come up.
Communication is absolutely amazing - i feel both Dave and Stef genuinely care about their members and their journey with them - can’t recommend highly enough!

I can’t praise Dave and Stef enough. They have created a great environment and support network. Everyone at the gym is super friendly. The structured programs support all abilities and help you to achieve your goals. The 1:1 support is exceptional which includes coaching and nutritional input.
They offer so much more than the larger gym franchises that are about.

I have been a member for a few months and have definitely benefited from Dave’s fitness program. I haven’t lost loads of weight but have got stronger and more toned. I have back & hip issues which Dave adapts the exercises to suit individuals, without this input I would have given up the gym due to backache. Dave & Steff are incredibly friendly and supportive, I think the way they program things is very supportive to women of a certain age and the group of ladies that I have met are all again friendly and supportive. I rarely have backache now and am working on the hip with there help. I would highly recommend.

I’m just over 2 months in since joining, I’m not usually one to stick to exercise and go regularly but Ivolve is the full package! Not only a personalised workout experience that can be adjusted based on ability, Dave works with you to improve your technique in the gym, regular nutritional support and advice, regular webinars and workshops to give you the full package to improve your lifestyle as well as regular personal feedback too! You get access to lots of tools to support you on your journey, this coupled with a friendly, supportive environment and a safe space to share your experiences and challenges it what keeps me motivated to finally stick at something that will improve my overall fitness and wellbeing.

Ivolve is a welcoming friendly place, it’s a gym with a difference, much more than a gym in fact. From body scans, healthy eating, support classes and much more. Learning how to use the gym equipment correctly, diet and nutrition. It’s one big happy family supporting each other. Dave & Stef are amazing so helpful and always supportive I couldn’t do it without their help and guidance. Cannot recommend enough.
