I have just completed my Level 4 qualification with Ixion, and can not praise them enough. After a few ups and downs i eventually got an amazing tutor Nida that was not afraid to make adjustments needed in order for me to complete my qualification, and was extremely motivational and knowledgeable. I can not recommend them enough to anyone looking to complete a qualification.

I have just completed my Level 4. My experience wasn't great to begin with, tutors would start & then leave, which was frustrating. However, my last tutor Nida Qureshi was great! Professional, approachable and supportive. If you have Nida as your tutor, she will guide and support you all the way. Thanks Nida!

I've had mixed feelings about my level 5 journey. I almost threw in the towel and gave up on all the progress and work I had done, if it wasn't for my most recent tutor Nida Qureshi. She pushed through my self doubt and negativity. Taught me to try things I was adamant I wouldn't like but ended up being the difference to me getting as far as I have and in the last units before finally completing my apprenticeship. I’m doing my Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship with Hayley . I had low confidence starting due to a previous assessor I wanted to stop the apprenticeship until I met with Hayley.
She was so understanding when it came to my issues with the qualification and so supportive about my low confidence.from the very first meeting Hayley was so encouraging and helpful with any problems I have . Hayley has helped me find ways I can get my work done which suits my learning style best and I leave every meeting feeling positive and understand what is needed to do . I also feel very comfortable emailing if I need any help and know Hayley will support me the best she can. Due to Hayley being so helpful and encouraging I no longer feel anxious and want to quit the apprenticeship 🙂

Jade has been a fantastic support for me throughout my course and has explained everything to me in detail so I am aware of the progress I have made and my own targets. Jade has been really flexible with rearranging meeting dates due to the nature of my role and this has been really helpful. Jade is always available for advice and guidance and I could not ask for a better tutor!

I am at the point of completing my Level 3 apprenticeship. I've had ups and downs in the process with some tutors that were inconsistent or have left. But since having Stephen Gilbert as my tutor, he has been very supportive and patient with my progress. I have had speedy progress with my course work. He adapted various teaching and learning assessment methods which has helped me greatly towards completing my course. One more step and I will be done. Awesome job, Stephen!
