This is one of the best charity shops, always has lovely things for my children and the kids are allowed to have a little play while you’re having a hot drink. Volunteers are always welcoming, a bargain and tasty cup of coffee also. We love it here!

Absolutely terrible experience this morning, I’m a regular to jac in the box and I am there 3-5 times a week, I turned up there this morning at 9.50am, I waited until 10.10, and a lady with blonde hair opened the doors to bring the sign board out, I went to walk inside and she told me where am I going and I couldn’t go inside yet as there wasn’t any staff inside yet, which I seen 3 people inside, I then politely asked her what time I was looking at to be allowed inside and she said rudely, “ who knows how long is a piece of string “!! This is not the first time this lady as been rude towards me and it’s now making me uncomfortable to attend anymore, which is a shame as I have been attending jac in the box for many years!!

What a fantastic shop in Wokingham. Really has grown and evolved into a real hidden jem. Staff and volunteers are so helpful and the coffee is fantastic. Can't wait to see what's next with the upcycling project.

A real Aladdin's cave of stuff. Pleasant staff and probably the best value latte I have had for a while. It is a great little charity shop. It is good to see somewhere supporting young people with additional needs in a real world setting..
