I moved my daughter here from another nursery and her attitude and behaviour changed right away! I am so pleased with Jack & Jill nursery as it is literally a home away from home for my daughter. The staff are very understandable and attentive to the children. And most importantly they easily adapt to each and every child. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Cannot recommend Jack and Jill’s enough! Our daughter has been with them since she was 7 months old, and has absolutely thrived there. The staff have all been so friendly and amazing. Isabella loves being there and on drop off she is known to run into the room and start playing without even a hug or bye from her. There has been a number of occasions where she hasn’t wanted to leave at the end of the day as she’s having too much fun. The food they give the children is well balanced and a great variety for their developing tastebuds!

My son attends Jack and Jill's in their 1-2 year old room and has done since October 2023. He is THRIVING there and absolutely loves it. It helped him to get more confident in his walking when he was younger, and now his speech is coming along too. There are so many lovely activities and I'm always getting some new artwork! His key worker is kind and helpful with him, as are the rest of the team who work with him. He recently had to have an inhaler and they have handled it with care and professionalism. The comms are great and I get updates on the app all day long and a phone call if needed (they even start it with, it's nothing to worry about, but..) which as an anxious parent I need! They've also been so helpful about the funding forms which starts for me in September. I would have no qualms in recommending J&Js to anyone in fact I have to my sister when her baby is older. I'm only sad that he's moving up a room but I'm sure the team there will be as lovely.

Both my children attend Jack and Jills and both are so happy and settled. The staff are really great and go the extra mile for the kids. Communication is always good and it is clear how well they care for our children. The best part is their huge outdoor area which the children are regularly out in and was the initial reason I chose this setting.

My little one goes to Jack and Jill's and Im really please I chose this nursery. He loves It, they do so many activities, lots of exploring, good food , staff are amazing, plenty of parking when you drop off/pick up.
I highly recommend them.

The staff in Snowflakes, Raindrops and Sunbeams have been wonderful and really helpful. If you ask for something they will accommodate you as much as they can. At first we received a notebook with all notes from nursery detailing: what she ate, how much and what times; did she nap, what time and how long; account of nappies and their content; list of activities during the day and all this was communicated to us when collecting her. Now we get almost the same information via a parent app (even better), so while I work I can go to the app and see what my little one has been up to and even see occasional pictures. It is all very reassuring and comforting. It makes it so much easier to leave for work when your child is happy to be dropped off! They also have very good email newsletter and communications, teach kids about eg. fire and road safety, and collect their works for parents in a form of a book.
