I am really happy with Jo as a trainer. She is motivating, enthusiastic and really knowledgeable.
She is useful to train with if, like me, you have a history of injury as her knowledge of injury prevention is really good.
I really like that she doesn’t push me into painful exercises but would rather I focus on getting my technique right.
I’ve lost 15lbs since the New Year and couldn’t be happier.

I've been training with Jo for several weeks with a goal of looking fabulous for my wedding in a few months time. I was really struggling with motivation especially with lockdown, but she has helped me get weight training back into my regular routine and I feel so much better. She is very down to earth and easy to get on with, and she knows her stuff. Despite only being able to meet outside at the moment she has plenty of equipment and keeps the sessions inventive and challenging. I'm already feeling a lot stronger and the post-workout ache is back so it must be working! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to boost their fitness or work towards a goal. I also love her Saturday morning HIIT class on Zoom which is a killer, and a brilliant way to start the weekend.

I started working out with Jo when gyms closed last year. I have two regular classes with her; Yoga and Pilates. I went from being a beginner to fairly experienced in the space of a year. I love her energy and how she talks through every move so you can do properly. It’s a lovely online community and great fun whilst get toned and stretched. Excellent workouts!
