2 weeks of my life wasted. Don’t waste your time for these people. Just another example of people getting payed to do nothing for others. A year after completing a “training” course with this company and I didn’t receive anything that I could put on my cv. This is organised by the job centre and it’s just a scam. People are actually trying hard to find jobs and better their career and these people are using that to fill their own pockets. Didn’t even learn anything about what I wanted a course for either.

I hope that there will be soon an improvement in my rating and the company get back to me, I took up valuable time to do a course with Jobskilla on my own initiative, this was last year at least, I did a customer service and Safeguarding course and have never received my certificate, I have contacted them both online and via email but I'm ignored and just bombarded with advertising , before I do other course with them I need to receive the courses I have worked so hard to complete, this involved travelling ten miles to a centre but any work missed through a technical fault involved extra work to catch up on. In spite of this no certificate after over a year and countless insistencies still no certificate/s, I hope I get this resolved soon because although the course was well taught this problem is not good enough!!...Thank you jobskilla for getting back to me I took your email address in the view of chasing up the certification but it looks like that hasn't helped much

I'm sorry to say I don't think it's at all on (whoever is to blame) that I should have the initiative to build up professional skills by doing a course and never receive certification, I am a busy person with an ill mother who took up valuable time to do the course in the hope of gaining professional development which included Safeguarding, now nothing? I'd like someone to address this please as I've sent an email, rather than further course advertising I want someone to email me with information on my course certification, otherwise understandably but regrettably it's going to put me off further qualifications with yourselves, please help after volunteering to put extra effort to travel ten miles to a venue to do the course I think I deserve my efforts to be at least recognised I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATES FOR SAFEGUARDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL TWO, PLEASE DONT BOMBARD ME WITH ADVERTS FOR COURSES UNLESS YOU ADDRESS MY LACK OF CERTIFICATION, I WILL NOT DO FURTHER COURSES IF UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE, I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AS IS LIKELY AT THIS RATE.
Day 2 Questions

Unit 1 Delivery of effective customer service  J/600/1003 LO3 & 5

Q1. Identify 3 common causes of customer problems and complaints? (CS 1 3.1)

1.

Long wait times can be a common cause of customer complaint

2.

Another factor can be Inefficient knowledge of the services on offer

3. Lack of empathy can also upset a customer

Q2.Identify 3 Different methods of communication? (CS 1 3.2)

1.

Non –verbal methods of communication can be texts and emails.

2.

Visual methods of communication can be used such as posters and flyers for informative purposes

3. Body language can be used such as Sign Language.

Q3.Describe the importance of adapting methods of communication and behaviour to meet the individual needs of customers (CS 1 3.3)

The importance of adapting different methods of communication and behaviour is that it suits different and varying needs of customers, sometimes, such as when a rapid response is needed it is quicker to send short texts, other times longer communication is needed or when the customer can’t come in face- to face it may be necessary to speak via Skype, Zoom or Teams. People may also have specific needs such as Sight, hearing or learning difficulties which need adaptive communication.

Q4. Explain how the non-verbal communication of the service deliverer can affect the behaviour of the customer? (CS 1 3.4)   Hands on hips can signify an aggressive attitude and the potential customer can be put off, although in certain circumstances it may mean that the situation is under control, A closed posture can come across as indifferent or overly defensive as opposed to an open, friendly posture with legs and arms uncrossed. Closed body language can also put a customer off.  The customer could potentially react to aggression or indifference signaled by body language.

I'm just offering you evidence of 705 words worth of work with Acacia training, there were six units!! I have more!!!

Absolutely terrible communication, no room for any special needs to be accounted for. You are on a course with other staff ringing and demanding you do other exams whilst on the course. No help from anyone if your needs are not met. Not suitable for anyone with autism adhd and learning difficulties.

This is a scam to get money from the government claiming to give you skills to make you more attractive to employers.

I signed up for a coding course. I had to sit a course on employability first that has no bearing on coding. The coding course covers no actual coding and gives you no real world skills to garner an employer eye. Following this there is no further course to teach you actual coding.

I did a business admin course and it was really helpful. The staff are friendly and made it much easier, everyone I spoke to were super lovely. I'm very excited to have had this opportunity and can't wait to do another one!
