Kam is an excellent pilates teacher. Having never done pilates before, she quickly identified areas of concern/weakness and then tailored the classes to my individual needs. Her classes are fun. engaging and never repetitive. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my posture and core strength/stability after a number of sessions. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Kam has been teaching for many years and her experience shows. She has a breadth of knowledge which means her classes are well adapted to work at any level. Her background means she can throw in “new” exercises to keep it interesting, rewarding and varied. Her classes allow you to tune into your body and work within your limits - You’ll always come out feeling strong and refreshed . I love her end of class “challenges”. Sonia, North London
