Absolutely disgraceful come out to see you offer help and nothing gets done my pooor brother needed assistance to help him and they refused saying he was ok obv was not as told them he died not long after a disgrace are social adult services will never ask for help ever again!!

One star is one star too much !
Staff are nice but service is clearly under funded and under resourced.
40 minutes of musac to get through by phone.
Wouldn't last 5 minutes if their "customers" had a choice !

I have filled in, assessment 3 times, this year. No one has bothered, to get back to me. I'll probably, be found, after being dead, for years. Kirklees adult care, is the worst. One star, is too much.

Even with the Police Support, NHS Support and Kirklees Council Support. They refuse to help me. Pathetic at best. If anything happens to me it is 100% their lazy fault. They closed the case without anybody being able to talk to them. How dangerous is that. 84 men every week take there lives yet couldn't care less people who are well paid by the tax payers have jobs like this.

20 mins waiting time to answer, I thought that was acceptable mid afternoon. The lady that took my call was friendly and personable. Easily organised what I asked for. No complaints so far!

Very poor service. Got referral from my GP to this service as I needed a hoist for my sister who's a disabled 48 year old. This was 4 months ago. Still waiting to be seen by an assessor. I'm risking both of our health and safety by picking her up and moving her around the house. It's a accident waiting to happen.
