Had my first pilates class with Hannah on Friday, it was incredible! She was very attentive making sure I had the correct position and made the class fun too. To top it off she's a really nice lady 🙂

The Knebworth Health & Well-being Pilates Studio a great place to get fitter, stronger and more flexible. Having been going for about 18 months I now attend two classes each week and have found all the instructors very knowledgeable and helpful especially if you have any particular ailment which needs a more focused exercise regime. Whilst I started with Sarah I have now also been taught by Claire, Harriett, Roland and Heidi. Each have their own slightly different methods but they are all excellent. A major difference that it has made for me is in strengthening my lower back which was always a source of pain and all too often prevented me from carrying out any normal physical tasks.

Knebworth Health & Wellbeing is a superb facility with hugely experienced instructors, lead by the excellent Sarah who brings together her expertise in a range of different movement and exercise disciplines to create a highly effective and fun class every time! The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming and I have never had a bad class there.

As a registered Osteopath, I highly recommend Sarah's classes and have full confidence sending any of my patients to Knebworth Health & Wellbeing.

Sarah at Knebworth Health & Wellbeing has been helping me for a few months. I’ve been working on particular Pilates exercises to strengthen an injured foot and ankle. She has also helped me with some excellent gentle rehabilitation exercises following my mastectomy. I feel more flexible and generally more confident in my physical abilities. The small class sizes also really gives you a lot of 1-2-1 time. I’d highly recommend Knebworth health and wellbeing whatever your experience level of Pilates is - Sarah and the team can cater for it all!

I have been going to Sarah for a few years now and have always benefited from her sessions. I particularly benefited from the sessions during and after pregnancy. Sarah was able to help adapt all exercises to help me keep active and maintain strength whilst I was pregnant. This really helped me to have a healthy pregnancy and avoid some of the common issues I might have got. I was keen to get back after I had given birth and Sarah and her team were able to help me build my strength back up and work on some of the side effects of carrying a baby around on my hips! I would highly recommend Knebworth Health and Wellbeing to anyone considering Pilates.

I tore my achilles tendon and was finding it hard to bend my ankle after it and quite frankly hospital physio only got me so far. Within 3 weeks of Sarah's class I could bend my ankle and everything was moving much better. I love the way Sarah will pay specific attention to your needs and focus on them as well as general strengthening of the whole body. I also enjoy working on the reformer as opposed to mat work. I can't recommend highly enough, especially if you've had an injury.

Having not done regular exercise for a while although am very active with various hobbies and love gardening I wanted a form of exercise to strengthen my body and it was suggested by a physiotherapist to take up Pilates. Knebworth health Wellbeing is a great set up. It is Reform Pilates which I had not known about using different kinds of apparatus. I have a very good instructor Heidi who helps me step by step and it’s a very small class where we all get first class attention. I am finding it is helping my Arthritis and general physic. I thoroughly recommend this class!

As I have scoliosis and osteoporosis, Pilates is an excellent way for me to stay mobile and balanced. Clair is very well informed and aware of the best exercises for me. She encourages and challenges me each week to work to my full potential and manages to make it fun as well. Brilliant!
