My pup and I attended a recall course being run by Sally, and we have a few more sessions left to do. Sally is super knowledgeable and really provides a depth of understanding that has been invaluable to building the bond between me and pup.
By following Sally's advice he exceeded my expectations in the class and we have super practical advice to help us going forward. Plus he had loads of fun and slept all evening once we got home (a small miracle with a puppy!).
Sally has a huge amount of love and compassion for the dogs in her care and uses positive feedback and kindness in her training. We're excited for our next class!
I have also purchased her book, which is excellent!

Sally is a fantastic behaviourist. I am a dog walker and have used her, as well as recommended my clients use her, and she never disappoints. She digs deep to resolve the issue and doesn't just try to train the problem away. Sally is extremely well educated on up to date methods and is a great advocate for dogs!

My husband and I and Barney our English Setter met with Sally last week to attempt to learn how to "nip in the bud" his strong desire to stalk and chase little birds. Sally was lovely, she was very informative and gave us time to absorb what she was teaching us and to ask questions. It is now up to us to put all this into practice with the help of all the notes Sally sent us following our session. Thankyou Sally, Marilyn, Norman and Barney.

I found this 2 hour input really helpful.
I had experienced some issues with my dog that ultimately was found to be rooted in pain. However it was very useful to relate to an emotional bucket and the need to empty it and encourage calmness and relaxation. It was also helpful to hear that my dog is not abnormal and doesn't have to want to engage all the time with dogs off lead rushing up to her and ignoring her go away signals. No matter how “friendly” they are.
I was so impressed i have signed up for the next input on reading body language.

I enlisted Sally's help again with my dog. She had previously helped him as a puppy when he struggled to be left alone at home. This time she has given us lots of advice with lead pulling and distractions. Sally works closely with the owner and their dog, getting to know them and tailoring her advice according to their needs.
