Originally from a Chinese Martial Arts background when I moved away from my family that was my club (literally) lost was definitely a word I would use to describe how I felt. Then I met Lee and was introduced to Krav Maga, I loved the real world techniques and the gritty vibe in which it was taught. I also found the vibe to be the right one, there was no bravado, or ego in this place everyone wanted to learn and help each other progress on. I found a place I could train and learn and feel safe and welcome all at the same time. If its a warm welcome, knowledge and a decent training session. This is the place for you

It’s so much fun, like super dope. I used to literally despise physical activity/working out and now Krav Maga is the highlight of my week (which kinda sounds sad but I promise you it’s not). The instructor, Lee is awesome and you can tell he and everyone else enjoys what he does which is always a great thing to see. All around it’s such a snazzy time 🙂 👍

KMGB , is a safe environment, with positive vibes, where you will learn not only the original Krav Maga skills but also be able to come out of your comfort zone and develop as an individual. Here there is no room for ego or bravado, but you definitely will feel supported, welcomed and feel part of this great KMGB family.

Our specially tailored group sessions for the neighbourhood community in Folkestone were delivered very professionally by Lee, Jenny and Simon. It was well structured with lots of practical skill training for all ages and levels. And we had so much fun and laugh!
