More for CrossFit . The actual gym side of it me and the wife used got a day pass as we visit there area every now and again visiting family so it is an ideal area just off the A66 roundabout at Cockermouth the gym equipment is top quality everything you need for a good work out . They stock a good selection of drinks they also have sunbeds

Fantastic! Gym is blended indoor outdoor space. The machines are excellent, full range, well maintained and, i would say, ideal for drop in.

i don't known anything about hyrox or crossfit but their space looked big and classes were well attended.
