Top notch atmosphere, every person who comes to class is friendly and very patient! Definitely what you need in this kind of sport. Coaches are very knowledgeable, always available and very approachable. Facilities are also really good. Always clean and maintained with friendly staff all around. Family run. Inclusive to everyone. From athlete to beginner and all in-between.

I joined at 41 to start jiujitsu and was made to feel welcome from day one.
High level of instruction at all levels.

Competitively priced with BJJ and gym (any time use) as a package.

Recently took part in a two day Blue belt camp over the weekend. Fantastic gym in a Great location in the heart of Kendal town centre, Sam was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great value for money for a great weekend away. He has plenty of seminars on through out the year, don't miss out.
