I visited for an eyebrow tint and shape, and I have to say how amazing my experience was with Ellie. I’m usually quite antisocial nervous at any appointment to the point I barely speak I just sit in silence and leave. But Ellie was so lovely, she asked me questions, chatted with me, and completely reduced my usual awkwardness. I comfortable and so welcomed, which is rare for me. Stuff like this is such an important thing to me

I don’t really go to salons visits & I'm insecure about my natural brows due to how light the hairs are so I felt a bit embarrassed but again Ellie got rid of that fear. She complimented them, telling me they looked beautiful and if I take care of them because of how symmetrical they are. That genuinely made my day.

As for the work itself she did a brilliant job tinting and shaping them, carefully touching them up with plucking and making sure to ask if I wanted any changes. She made it clear she wouldn’t be offended if I wanted to tweak anything, which made me feel very reassured. Normally if I’m not 100% happy, I’d just say yes to avoid awkwardness - but I actually spoke up this time to make them thinner and I was so happy with the results.

Just had the most amazing full body massage with Magdalena. I have a few issues with my back and she picked them all up straight away and worked to make me feel better, all the time telling me what she was doing which was great and also leaving me to relax at the same time. I feel I have now found someone who is experienced enough to look after my back and can really trust her. Already re booked for a few weeks time and can’t wait. The prices are also very reasonable. Just had the most amazing Japanese head spa with Magdalena. This was my first visit and it was such a fabulous experience from start to finish. The head spa is incredible and included a head shoulder and neck massage, together with an arm and foot massage. Exactly what I needed and feel so much more relaxed and destressed. Love this place. I always get my lashes done from here by Marta. She is absolutely wonderful and really sweet. She suggests the best lash for your eye shape and actively listens to your preferences. She will even try and help you fix a date if you need your lashes done urgently. I've done Hybrid lashes and recently I got Kim K lashes done by Marta. She works soo professionally and creates a masterpiece🥰 The Kim K lashes are so beautiful that I've had everyone at my workplace 1 hour into my shift asking about them and telling me how gorgeous they are😆 Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my lashes done Marta is the best at lashes, takes her time, listens, works professionally, contributes to health and safety by cleaning the eye first. I wish I could learn from her!❤️

Amazing treatment! I didn't know what to expect but Marta was helpful and friendly and explained the process. I was so relaxed throughout and I could see improvement immediately and then after the following few days. I'm booking again and it's worth it just for the relaxation that comes with the treatment!

I had the indian head massage with back neck and shoulders with Magda, it was the most relaxing and professional environment. Magda is always so welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable, she’s kind and friendly and informative. She got out all my knots and tension i’d got in my back, I will 100% be coming back for this again and also other treatments, worth every penny.
