Bad experience at all levels, failings through the whole organisation.As a senior leader advised my child wasn't given a 5*service. Poor supervision resulting in disastrous consequences. All I can hope for is lessons will be learnt throughout this organisation and other children will be kept safe from harm. PLEASE please think twice before sending your child on unsupervised camps.
